Bishop Rhoades Opens the Diocesan Synod
On the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades will formally open Synod 2026 with Vespers and a Synod Convocation at St. Matthew Cathedral, South Bend. This synod is the first in our diocese in 100 years. This celebration will mark the beginning of our diocesan journey of prayer, listening, and discernment.
