Complete this form to purchase your discounted pass for $299 each. Once this form is successfully completed, you will be directed to an on-screen confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for how to register with the National Eucharistic Congress. Separately, you will also receive a receipt titled “Your National Eucharistic Congress Pass Receipt.”

At the time of registration with the National Eucharistic Congress, accessibility accommodations can be requested. This includes:

At the time of registration, participants may also note a dietary restriction or food allergy.
The registration form also invites participants to communicate any serious medical conditions they should be aware of onsite.

Reserving a room is an independent step that occurs after purchasing a discounted pass from the diocese and registering with the National Eucharistic Congress. More than 23 hotels have already been contracted to host Congress attendees—all within walking distance of the Congress venues, and a block of rooms is earmarked for pilgrims from our diocese.
Note: lodging is an additional cost on top of registration. Room costs range from $149 to $235 per night.
To reserve a room within the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend block:
- Purchase your pass.
- Register with the Eucharistic Congress (this is part of Step 1 when purchasing passes directly from the National Eucharistic Congress). If you purchased your passes from the Diocese, follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email.
- If you purchase your passes from the Diocese, you will receive an email with a link to the diocesan-reserved lodging.
- If you purchase your passes directly from the National Eucharistic Congress, then email [email protected] to receive the link to diocesan-reserved lodging.
- Deadline to reserve rooms: May 1, 2024, available until sold out
Reserve a room as a family: If you are attending as a family which children, to book rooms in the diocesan block, first purchase your passes from the Diocese. After purchasing your pass from the Diocese, you will receive a link to book from the diocesan-reserved lodging.
Stay on your own: Alternatively, pilgrims may choose to find their own lodging arrangements. (Be advised that 23+ hotels around Congress venues have already been reserved by the National Eucharistic Congress and are unavailable.)
The block of hotel rooms reserved for the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend is open to any adults (and their families) from our diocese who have purchased a pass, either from this site or directly from the National Eucharistic Congress website.
Passes: Youth group members and youth group leaders (and chaperones) can purchase passes at $250 per person by going directly to the National Eucharistic Congress website.
Lodging: The National Eucharistic Congress will be making available alternative housing spaces for youth groups. From the housing guide on the national website: “The alternative housing spaces will become available in summer 2023 on a first-come, first-served basis. If you/your group registers before summer 2023 but is interested in receiving information for alternative housing once it’s made available, please email [email protected]”
