Intentional Discipleship Series
Tuesdays, September 1 – November 17, 7-9pm
Virtual / Zoom Meeting
This 12-session weekly series is designed for people trying to follow Jesus as his disciple. The sessions focus on the next steps for your personal faith journey to help you grow as well as on ways to walk with other people along their faith journeys to help them grow.
The series utilizes a book titled Forming Intentional Disciples by Sherry Weddell, a couple of training videos, and additional presentation material. Some reading and homework exercises are involved. Due to the pandemic, we are planning to hold this virtually over Zoom, so the book and materials will be mailed to you in advance. Sessions include both large and small group segments.
Ideal participants are either [1] young adults (age 18-39) who are leaders or potential leaders within the young adult community and/or their parish, or [2] parish staff and key volunteer leaders (young adult or older) who would like to investigate bringing this series to their parish.
